First Executive Security Services, Incorporated (FESSI), is a duly licensed security agency and operating under and by virtue of the existing laws of the Philippines. It was incorporated and registered under the Securities & Exchange Commission on September 23, 2002. It is authorized by the PNP Security Office for Security & Investigation Agencies PNP-SOSIA) to provide security services.

FESSI is a component of the Integrated Facility Services in the Philippines of ARAMARK-ServiceMASTER® Facility Services, whose operations is widely established in the United States and in 40 countries around the world for over 50 years providing professional facilities management services to service institutions such as business industry companies, airlines, schools, hospitals and health care facilities. 

FESSI is also a subsidiary of U-BIX Corporation - the Philippines’ leading integrated office systems and services provider and exclusive distributor of Konica-Minolta copiers.
